探讨新的培养模式及教育体系对药学(中药)本科专业人才素质及知识结构的影响,采用综合素质考核方法及学生和用人单位答卷的方法,对药学院2000、2001级药学(中药)本科专业学生进行抽样调查.调查内容包括新培养模式及教育体系对学生素质及知识结构的影响、学生对新培养模式及教育体系的评价和用人单位对学生能力的评价等三个方面.
