BACKGROUND: Rosacea, a common chronic inflammatory skin disease worldwide, is currently incurable with complex pathogenesis. Dendrobium polysaccharide (DOP) may exert therapeutic effects on rosacea via acting on the NF-κB-related inflammatory and oxidative processes. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In this study, an LL-37-induced rosacea-like mouse model was established.
