Abstract: Simple Summary Immunotherapy targeting immune checkpoints and stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment is currently one of the most promising directions for tumor therapy. Ongoing studies suggest that CD73 plays an important role in the tumor immune process in certain tumors, however, the exact mechanism is unknown.
