Influence of Jiawei Danshen decoction on cardiomyocyte apoptosis caused by myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rabbits with blood stasis syndrome

目的 研究加味丹参饮对家兔缺血再灌注损伤血瘀证心肌细胞凋亡的影响,以探讨其对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)保护的作用机制.方法 建立兔血瘀证IRI模型,以加味丹参饮对该模型进行干预,采用末段探针标记(TUNEL)法现察心肌细胞凋亡,采用放免法检测各组炎症因子(TNF-α和IL-2)水平变化.结果 IRI组INF-α、IL-2水平明显升高,心肌细胞凋亡显著增高.与空白组比较差异具有统计学意义(P

Objective To study the influence of Jiawei Danshen decoction （JDSD） on eardiomyoeyte apoptosis and inflammatory factors of myocardial isehemia reperfusion （IRI） rabbits with blood stasis syndrome and investigate protective mechanism of JDSD on myocardial IRI.
