Protective Effect of Shenmai Injection on the Kidneys of Rats with 5/6 Nephrectomy

目的探讨参麦注射液对5/6肾切除大鼠肾小球、肾小管的保护作用.方法采用5/6肾切除造成大鼠肾功能衰竭模型,使用光学显微镜观测参麦注射液腹膜透析后肾小球、肾小管形态结构的变化.结果参麦注射液具有促进受损的肾小球、肾小管修复作用,其作用与参麦注射液抗肾间质炎相关. 结论参麦注射液具有保护5/6 肾切除大鼠肾脏的作用,这种保护作用与其抗肾间质炎功能相关.

Objective To study the protective effect of Shenmai injection (SMI) on renal glomerulus and tubule in rats with 5/6 nephrectomy. Methods By means of light microscopy, the morphological structural changes of the glomeruli and tubules in rats with chronic renal failure model caused by 5/6 nephrectomy were observed, for whom SMI was given intraporitoneally as a protecfive therapy.
