目的:观察隔药饼灸对慢性支气管炎大鼠外周血中中性粒细胞（PMN）的影响,以阐明其作用机制,为隔药饼灸防治慢性支气管炎提供实验依据。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、核酪口服液组、穴位隔药饼灸4组,每组12只。观察大鼠的一般情况,用流式细胞术检测各组血清中中性粒细胞吞噬指数。结果:与模型组比较,穴位隔药饼灸和核酪口服液组PMN吞噬指数均有降低（P
