Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke （Convalescence） with Stroke Unit Combined with the Acupuncture

[目的]观察针刺结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）的临床疗效。[方法]采用完全随机、平行对照的方法,将符合纳入标准的120例缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）患者随机分为两组,每组各60例。治疗组采用卒中单元模式综合治疗加针刺治疗,对照组只采用卒中单元模式综合治疗,均连续治疗4周。两组均于治疗前后采用BI量表和SIAS量表对患者日常生活活动能力和功能障碍程度进行评分,并评价和比较其总体疗效。[结果]①治疗后两组患者的日常生活活动能力BI评分积分以及功能障碍SIAS评分积分都较治疗前提高（P
