Effect on the Totle Sapongein Content of Lilium lancifolium Adoptting Different Spreading Measures

目的 采用不同施肥方式,研究其对百合中总皂苷元含量的影响.方法 采用分光光度法,高氯酸作为显色剂,在408 nm处测吸光度值.结果 各药材总皂苷元含量为0.291 mg/g～0.836 mg/g,其中以尿素+三元素复合肥+0.1%钼酸铵进行施肥处理的百合中总皂苷元含量最高.在48.68 μg～97.38 μg范围内薯蓣皂苷元回归方程为:Y=-0.127 4+1.774 X,r=0.998 5.结论 不同施肥措施对百合中总皂苷元含量影响不同.

Objective To study on effect of the total sapongein content of Lilium lancifolium adopting different spreading measure. Methods To determine the sapongein levels in all samples by spectrophotometer with perchloric acid as coloring agents and ultraviolet absorption wavelength at 408 nm.
