目的 优化苦丁茶中主要活性成分总皂苷的水提工艺条件,保证了主要活性成分的充分溶出.方法 以苦丁荼皂苷E为对照品,香草醛-高氯酸法显色,用紫外分光光度法在550 nm处测定总皂苷的含量.采用L9(34)正交试验,以苦丁荼总皂苷含量及浸膏得率为指标,确定合理的水提工艺.结果 最佳提取工艺条件为15倍量水,每次1h,直火回流提取3次.结论 该工艺重复性好,对苦丁茶水提部分下一步的制剂工艺研究有很好的指导作用.

Objective To optimize the water process conditions of the main active ingredients of Kudingcha,and ensure dissolving it sufficiently.Methods A colorimetric method was established in 550nm with Kudingoside E as the index and Vanilla aldehyde-high chlorine acid as the coloring reagent.Designed L9（3^4） orthogonal test with the ratio of total saponins and condensate to determine the rational water extraction technology.Results The best extract condition was with 15 times quantity water to extract 3 times,and 2h each time.Conclusion This process h...
