目的:探讨手术室人文关怀在硬膜外麻醉下吻合器痔黏膜环切术(PPH)术中护理的应用效果.方法:2015年4月-2017年4月收治PPH患者94例,均行硬膜外麻醉,随机分为两组,各47例.对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用手术室人文关怀护理.比较两组心理状态及护理满意度.结果:观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在硬膜外麻醉下PPH治疗中加强手术室人文关怀护理干预可进一步改善患者不良情绪,提高护理满意度.
