A systematic analysis of the application of diagnostic criteria for drug - induced liver injury in China based on the literature

目的分析我国药物性肝损伤诊断标准的使用情况。方法用中国期刊全文专题数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据进行检索,检索年限为1990-2015年,并记录文献中的诊断标准,分析目前中国药物性肝损伤诊断标准的使用现状。结果纳入文献609篇,其中包括病例系列410篇,病例报告199篇。我国使用的诊断标准达15种,仅13.4%的文献采用的是国际推荐的因果关系评估法。46%的文献报道的病例仅根据用药史结合临床症状、排除常见肝损伤病因做出诊断。结论我国药物性肝损伤诊断标准多,诊断的主观性强,诊断缺乏严谨性。

Objective To investigate the application of diagnostic criteria for drug - induced liver injury in China. Methods CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data were searched for articles published from 1990 to 2015, and the diagnostic criteria in the articles were recorded to investigate the current application of diagnostic criteria for drug - induced liver injury. Results A total of 609 articles were included, with 410 ar- ticles of case studies and 199 case reports.
