在新工科背景下,如何设计培养体系,平衡工程人才和理论研究人才的培养;如何选择合适的评估手段,规范教学活动;如何建立良性的校企合作机制,提高人才培养质量等,已经成为各大院校必须解决的问题。文中以计算机大类为例,探索了“新工科”背景下的人才培养问题,指出了人才培养面临的挑战,从四个维度出发构建了较为完善的人才培养体系,弥补了高校人才培养存在的不足,具有良好的实施前景。
