Clinical efficacy of Shenling lavage fluid in treatment of chronic rhinitis - sinusitis： a report of 20 cases

目的：观察参芩盥洗液治疗肺脾气虚型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例肺脾气虚型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者，随机分为3组，在相同基础治疗上，治疗组20例采用由参苓白术散加减而成的盥洗液盥洗鼻窦鼻腔，对照1组20例采用以林可霉素为主配置而成的西药灌洗液盥洗鼻窦鼻腔，对照2组20例采用3％高渗盐水进行鼻窦鼻腔盥洗。3组均治疗10d后观察比较视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分与Lund-kennedy评分的变化。结果：3组治疗后VAS评分、Lund-kennedy评分比较，治疗组均优于对照1、2组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用参苓盥洗液治疗，疗效满意。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling lavage fluid in the treatment of chronic rhinitis - sinusitis with qi deficiency of lung and spleen.
