Research on Metabolomics of Heart Blood Stasis Rat Based on Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

目的：通过对心血瘀阻证大鼠血浆的代谢产物、血液流变学指标的变化，以及养心通脉方干预后指标改变的分析识别，探讨大鼠心血瘀阻证血浆代谢产物的“组装”规律。方法：32只大鼠分为模型组、空白组、养心通脉方组、假手术组4组，运用GC—MS法进行血浆代谢组学研究，鉴定各组共有峰，通过对不同组之间代谢产物含量的变化进行主成分分析（PCA），同时检测分析各组血液流变学指标。结果：模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度指标高于其余3组，具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；大鼠血浆样品散点图显示模型组与空白组、养心通脉方组、假手术组完全分离。因子载荷图表明乳酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、硬脂...

Objective ： To observe the efforts on hemorheology, plasma metabolite changes of Heart Blood Stasis rat, and the efforts of Yangxin Tongmai Recipe to them. To explore the formation of Heart Blood Stasis. Methods ：32 rats were divided into 4 groups, model group and blank model group, Yangxin Tongmai Recipe group, sham-operated group.
