本文通过对国内外老年人体质类型及相关因素的研究进展进行整理,归纳出老年体质的分布特征、体质与疾病之间的相关性,为提高老年人健康水平,实现慢性病防控关口前移,充分发挥中医"因人、因时、因地"制宜的优势提供参考。
