Objection To investigate the hepatoprotective effect of crude polysaccharides from the root of Ranunculus ternatus. Methods The roots of R. ternatus were extracted with water in turn at 60℃ and 100℃ to obtain two water-extracted solutions at 60℃ and 100℃,both of which were concentrated into 1 L,respectively.
