目的 初步探讨姜黄素及姜黄提取物对血栓模型大鼠凝血功能的影响,为进一步研究其作用机制做前期准备.方法 分别用姜黄素及姜黄提取物灌胃14 d后,采用物理方法建立大鼠血栓模型,获取各组大鼠血浆,全自动凝血仪检测活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)及抗凝血酶3(AT3).结果 血栓模型鼠血栓形成后,血浆APTT显著延长(P=0.011);姜黄素低、高剂量灌胃处理的血栓模型鼠血浆APTT缩短(P=0.02,P

Objective To study the effects of curcumin and turmeric extract on coagulation function in rats with thrombotic model,and to prepare for further study of its mechanism. Methods After 14 days of intragastric administration of curcumin and turmeric extract,the thrombosis model of rats was established by physical method.The plasma of rats in each group was obtained.The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),fibrinogen (FIB),thrombin time (TT) and antithrombin 3 (AT3) were detected by automatic coagulation analyzer.
