目的探讨针刺足阳明经对胃窦平滑肌细胞内IP3(三磷酸肌醇)影响的经脉特异性.方法将45只家兔随机分为生理盐水组、阿托品组、针刺足阳明经组、针刺足少阳经组、针刺足太阳经组.分组处理家兔后,立即分离其胃窦平滑肌细胞,制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液,测定细胞内IP3的含量.结果针刺足阳明经组胃窦平滑肌细胞内IP3含量为(39.00±12.97) pmol/106 cell,高于其他各组(P
