Objective To explore the effects and the mechanism of JQNTC on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Oxytocin induced dysmenorrhea rats were divided into modeling group, positive controlling groups (i.e. Aspirin treated group and Yueyueshu group) and three treating groups, with JQNTC given in low, medium and high dosages respectively.
