目的:就湖南省2000-2011年间的卫生总费用进行核算并对卫生总费用的结构进行分析.方法:使用筹资来源法,构建卫生总费用量化指标,使用图表进行对比分析.结果:湖南省政府卫生支出与社会卫生支出水平相对较低,居民个人现金支出比例较高.结论:湖南省卫生总费用结构不合理、整体筹资水平低于全国.应继续通过以公共筹资为主导、提高资源配置的合理性、加大社会基本医疗保险的覆盖范围和保障力度、推行"限费医疗"改革等措施,调整卫生总费用结构.

　　Objective: This paper calculate the structure of Total Expenditure Health (TEH) in Hunan province from 2000 to 2011.Methods: Using the source and financing method.Comparing the quantities in tables and graphics made up of TEH indexes.Results: The proportion of government health expenditure and social expenditure are lower, and the proportion of out-of-pocket payments are higher.Conclusion: Due to the improperly allocation of TEH, individual ratio of payment is too high; the provincial level of TEH development was lower than that in country....
