Curative Effect of Local Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的 探讨局部针刺联合中药包热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 选取2017年12月～2018年10月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例.对照组予以"颈舒中药包"热敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以局部组穴针刺疗法,比较两组治疗前、治疗1月后的麻木程度评分及VAS评分,随访6个月观察临床复发率.结果 治疗前,两组VAS评分、麻木程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1月后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组、麻木程度评分高于对照组[(1.62±0.54)分vs(2.96±1.06)分]、[(3.24±0.54)分vs(2.66±0.72)分],差异有统计学意义(P
