农村抗生素滥用的根本原因，在于医疗卫生机构抵制的有效性差、农民接受健康教育严重不足、养殖户对兽用抗生素滥用的危害缺乏认知等三方面。大力支持和发展农村医疗社会工作，丰富农村健康教育主体，是解决农村地区抗生素滥用问题、提升农村地区社会健康水平的重要途径。

This interview research supposes that the basal and important reason of rural antibiotics including three aspects: the poor effectiveness of health care and personnel boycott,a serious shortage of famers accept health education, the lack of cognition of famers about the harm of veterinary and regulatury policy.
