中医症状是诊病辨证的主要依据,中医辨证应在熟悉中医学理论知识的基础上,遵循以症为据,辨别证素,组成证名的思维规律。中医症状标准化有利于提高辨证的准确性。中医症状标准的研究,主要提取中医内、外、妇、儿等科临床常见症状(含体征等)约700个,分为21类,对各症状、体征进行诠释。中医症状标准应作为国家标准颁发实施,在全行业推广应用,使常见中医症状规范、准确、通用。
