目的:桂附乌鸡蛋汤配合电针治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性中度痛经临床疗效及对治疗前后不同时期症状积分、疗效指数的影响. 方法:将90例符合标准的患者按随机方法分为三组:桂附鸟鸡蛋汤配合电针组、电针组、西药组(口服布洛芬缓释胶囊),每组各30例,每次月经周期前3d开始治疗,每日1次,至月经来潮后4d,连续治疗3个月经周期后,观察治疗后第1、2、3个月经期痛经症状积分、疗效指数的变化,治疗后3个月统计临床疗效. 结果:(1)临床疗效:桂附乌鸡蛋汤配合电针组与西药组及电针组相比,均有显著性统计学意义(P＜0.01);电针组与西药组相比,无统计学意义(P≥0.05).(2)桂附乌鸡蛋汤配合电针组:与治疗前比较,治疗...
