Objective: To explore the major compound in Polygonati Rhizoma (Huang Jing, 黄精) for quality control. Methods: The major compound was isolated and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and subsequently further identified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
