Analysis of different types of physical activity participation in low-risk patients on exercise rehabilitation after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后运动康复低危患者不同类型体力活动的参与情况,为护士未来对患者进行体力活动的健康教育提供依据.方法:采用方便抽样法对在北京市某三级甲等医院心血管内科进行PCI术并且长期随访的226名运动康复低危患者,利用自行设计的基本资料调查表和国际体力活动问卷进行调查.结果:患者参与率由高到低的体力活动类型依次是休闲相关体力活动(84.5%)、家务相关体力活动(47.3%)、工作相关体力活动(43.0%)、交通出行相关体力活动(40.3%).休闲相关体力活动中,不同性别、体力活动中是否存在不适症状以及不适症状影响体力活动不同程度的患者组间比较差异有统计学意义(P

Objective: To analyze the participation of different types of physical activities in low-risk patients with exercise rehabilitation after the Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) and provide evidence for health education.
