目的:探讨石榴皮多酚对金黄地鼠皮脂分泌的影响及作用机制。方法:将30只金黄地鼠随机分为基质组和0.48%、0.96%、1.92%石榴皮多酚软膏组及维A酸乳膏组,每组6只,分别于双侧皮脂腺斑处涂抹1 g相应的软膏或乳膏连续4周,每日2次,于干预后第0、7、14、21、28天测量双侧皮脂腺斑,以最大纵径×最大横径来计算皮脂腺斑面积,并采用免疫组化法检测皮脂腺斑AKT/sox9信号通路表达水平。各组间不同时间点皮脂腺斑面积大小采用重复测量方差分析,其他数据采用单因素方差分析或Kruskal-Wallis H检验。 结果:0.96%石榴皮多酚组金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑面积为(50.48±2.41)mm 2,1.92%石榴皮多酚组为(48.24...

Objective:To evaluate the effect of pomegranate peel polyphenols on sebum secretion in golden hamsters, and to explore its possible mechanisms.Methods:Thirty golden hamsters were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups: (ointment) vehicle group, 0.48%-, 0.96%-, 1.92%-pomegranate peel polyphenol ointment groups, and retinoic acid cream group.
