人的情绪常态化表达、宣泄不足,容易发生心理疾患。编辑作为现代文明传播的中介,期刊质量的直接把关者,责任重大,并承受着来自职业、社会等多方的压力。近年来高校编辑心理异常化现象呈逐年升高趋势。编辑心理常态化,对期刊质量起决定性作用。造成高校编辑心理难以常态化的原因有：学术质量要求规范性强、工作重复艰苦、劳动成果隐匿、外在给予的社会性压力等。

The editorial psychology is a science that is psychological phenomenon and pattern of editorial subject in editing activity.The psychological health of editor is to be concerned gradually.This paper analyzes the reason that is caused by editor＇s psychological difficult to normality,that the academic level requirements are more standards,the work is repetitive and hard,the labor result is concealed,the external social pressure,etc.It is easy to make different degree of unhealthy psychology of the editor.The psychology difficult to normalization...
