目的 观察益气养阴解毒方干预疗法对初诊鼻咽癌患者放化疗后康复过程的影响,评价其临床疗效.方法 初诊鼻咽癌放疗化疗后患者65例作为观察组,予以益气解毒养阴方干预治疗;1:1配对法平行设置放化疗后常规对症治疗的初诊鼻咽癌患者65例作为对照组.收集所有患者社会人口学信息、治疗前后临床资料;随访患者康复过程,包括病灶愈合、复发或转移情况,生存时间,生活质量QOL评分,评价益气养阴解毒方干预疗法对鼻咽癌患者放化疗后康复过程的临床疗效.结果 观察组和对照组QOL评分(50.25±8.60,40.80±5.63)、肿瘤复发时间(7.36±2.12,5.86±1.59)年、5年复发率(18.46%,33.85%)、10年及以上生存率(67%,43.77%...
