Objective To study the influence of spleen-deficiency constipation modeling on routine blood tests in mice and provide evidence for its treatment. Methods Mouse models of spleen-deficiency constipation were established by gavage with senna water decoction for 7 days,then their diet was restricted to make them in disordered hunger and satiety for 8 days.
