目的 探讨养精种玉汤对CHL细胞株染色体畸变的影响,对其遗传安全性进行研究.方法 采用CHL细胞培养技术,设养精种玉汤不同剂量对CHL细胞进行体外染毒,观察其致CHL细胞株染色体数目及结构变化.结果 在5 000,2 500,1 250 μg/ml不同测试剂量浓度下,无论24 h及48 h收集细胞,并在+S_9与-S_9两种测试条件下,进行染色体畸变分析,各剂量组、溶剂对照染色体畸变率均在正常范围.结论 养精种玉汤在实验所确定的5 000 μg/ml测试剂量浓度以下,初步认为无诱发CHL染色体畸变作用.

Objective To observe the effects of Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction on CHL chromosomal aberration. Methods The CHL cell was poisoned by Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction at different doses in vitro with cell training techniques, chromosomal variety of CHL was observed. Results All the CHL chromosomal aberration rates were normal for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction at the concentrations of 5 000,2 500,1 250 μg/ml, and collecting time points after 24h and 48h, mixing into S9 or non - mixing into S9 in all Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction groups.
