Research on the Quality Control of Yuehua Pill(Capsule) and Its Composition into the Blood

目的建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定月华丸(胶囊)及其含药血清中地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D、原百部碱三种有效成分的方法,对月华丸(胶囊)及其含药血清进行质量控制。方法以地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D和原百部碱为对照,采用Hypersil BDS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5um)。其中地黄苷A流动相∶乙腈∶水(6∶ 94),检测波长: 203nm;麦冬皂苷D的流动相:乙腈∶水(48∶ 52),检测波长: 208nm;原百部碱流动相:乙睛∶ 0.25%甲酸铵(25∶ 75),检测波长: 305 nm。流速: 1ml/min;柱温: 35℃,进样量: 20μl。结果按峰面积法计算,月华丸(胶囊)及其血中移行成分的地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D和原百部碱的含量分别为0.276、0.161、0.50...
