阴证疮疡的发病机制复杂,宏观辨证难以进行准确定位.通过分析“玄府气液学说”,试从微观辨证角度探讨阴证疮疡的内在原因,以期丰富对该病病因的认识.认为该病的病位在于玄府,玄府郁闭、气液阻塞是阴证疮疡发生的可能机制,治疗上强调阳和通玄的重要性.
