舌诊是中医诊断的重要组成部分,是了解人体生理功能和病理变化的主要诊察方法,其基本原理为知外揣内的“象思维”,即通过观察舌质与舌苔的变化来洞察人体生理与病理状态,以此作为诊察疾病、辨证论治的重要方法。文章将从“气机升降”的角度来探讨舌诊的内涵,并进一步挖掘其潜在价值,以期更好地发挥舌诊在指导临床辨证立法、遣方用药方面的重要作用。
