Mechanism of Bupleuri - Scutellaria in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Based on Network Pharmacology

通过临床调研,统计出柴胡-黄芩为治疗功能性消化不良最常用药对,在临床结果的基础上,利用网络药理学和文献调研,按照"药物-靶点-疾病"关联性研究,分析功能性消化不良相关蛋白的互作网络,构建药对活性成分-预测靶点网络,进而对功能性消化不良相关的柴胡-黄芩药对活性成分-潜在靶点网络进行分析。分析出主要的潜在靶点网络包含18个靶点,关键靶点涉及乙酰胆碱酯酶、细胞色素P450、5-羟色胺受体2B、一氧化氮合酶2、b细胞CLL/淋巴瘤2、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶8、溶质载体家族6成员3等。对潜在靶点进行基因本体功能富集分析得出主要的生物过程及分子功能有调节蛋白质定位的建立、调节蛋白质定位、单一生物...

Through clinical investigation,Bupleurum - Huangqin is the most commonly used drug pair for treating functional dyspepsia.
