目的观察矾冰纳米乳调和如意金黄散外敷配合手法通乳治疗早期急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2020年7月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院乳腺科门诊就诊的急性乳腺炎患者48例,均为女性;年龄21 ~ 33岁,平均年龄(27.10 ± 3.04)岁,均为单侧发病,其中左侧22例,右侧26例,均为初诊患者,对早期急性乳腺炎的患者采用矾冰纳米乳调和如意金黄散外敷配合手法通乳的治疗方式,并通过电话回访以及患者复诊了解患者病情恢复情况。结果30例患者治愈,17例患者好转,1例无效,总有效率为97.9%,治疗后乳痈病中医症候量表评分、VAS评分、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比及C反应蛋白均明显优于治疗前(P < 0.01) 。结论在...

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Alum - borneol nanoemulsion mixing Ruyi Huangjin powder combined with Massage on early mastitis.
