目的:研究五积散对营养性肥胖大鼠模型的体重、Lee′s指数、体内脂肪重量、血脂的影响。方法:将80只大鼠按体质量随机分为两组,普食组10只,模型组70只。模型组采用高脂饲料建立肥胖大鼠模型,于第8周,将造模成功的40只大鼠按体质量随机分为4组(模型空白组和五积散低、中、高剂量组),每组10只;普食组作为空白对照组。连续给药4周,测定各项指标。结果:五积散能明显减轻营养性肥胖模型大鼠体质量和体内脂肪

　　Objective: To study the role of Wujisan in nutritional obesity animal model of weight and Lee ' s indicator and body fat weight and blood fat.METHODS Through randomly dividing 80 rats into two groups, the commom food group of 10, 70 model group.Using high fat feed to establish obese rat model, on the 8th weekend making 40 model rats randomly divide into four groups(including model group and high and medium and low dose group of Wujisan), 10 in each group; the commom food group of 10 into blank control groupe.Giving drugs for 4 weeks to obse...
