目的:比较锁骨骨折切开复位传统克氏针内固定与改良克氏针内固定治疗的疗效差异。方法:治疗组36例行切开复位改良克氏针内固定,对照组30例行切开复位传统克氏针内固定,两组均配合服用桃红血通胶囊。结果:经5~12个月(平均7个月)随访,治疗组治愈32例,好转4例,未愈0例;对照组治愈23例,好转6例,未愈1例。两组间疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组愈合时间、恢复正常活动时间松动发生率明显优于对照组(P

To contrast the difference of therapeutic effect in open reduction and internal fixation for treatment on clavicular fracture between traditional Kirschner wire and modified Kirsehner wire.
