由于计划生育政策以及其它社会原因,导致实施人工流产手术的孕妇正在逐年增加。决定进行人工流产的孕妇大多数都存在着精神与心理方面的压力,主要来源于对避孕失败的挫败感、对人工流产手术的未知性及内心自卑、紧张、恐惧等。这些心理负担构成人工流产前的主要精神和心理障碍,同时在人流术后的痛苦及羞愧自责使心理负担进一步加重,这对于孕妇身心都是十分不利的。
