中医学“和”的价值是中医学的“和”存在及其属性对主体人的需要的满足。探索“和”对人的何种需要的满足是解决中医学“和”价值的关键。针对人类实现健康与长寿需要解决的问题,提出中医学 “和”的价值具体体现为以“阴阳和”解释生命的产生与运转,以“天人相应”阐述人与自然的和谐相处,以“少欲”“仁爱”调解人与社会的矛盾,以“执中调和”论治人体的疾病,以“仁心仁术”处理医者与患者之间的关系,最终实现人类的健康与长寿。
