Meta-analysis on the Clinical Effect of Massage Therapy in Treating Infantile Constipation

目的利用Meta分析系统评价推拿治疗小儿便秘的有效性。方法以"推拿""小儿便秘""小儿推拿""便秘"作为关键词,计算机检索相关数据库,共检索出640篇文献,参考中医药管理局公布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,拟定文献的纳入及排除标准,搜集所有推拿治疗小儿便秘的随机对照试验,以Jadad评分表作为纳入研究文献质量标准,通过2名研究者筛选,共获得了16篇推拿治疗小儿便秘的随机对照试验,选取Review Manager 5. 3软件进行统计学分析,用森林图展示推拿治疗小儿便秘的疗效,用漏斗图检验发表偏倚。结果资料提示χ2=18. 38,P=0. 24,合并效应量OR=7. 81,Z=9. 81 （P
