Characteristics, Prevention and Treatment of Coronavirus Disease in Hunan Province: from the Perspective of "Dampness-toxin and Dryness" in Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过病例观察及相关资料总结湖南新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的中医发病、病机特点及辨证论治。认为此次新冠肺炎属于一种独特的疫毒,此疫毒同时具有湿、毒、燥的特征,可定性为"湿毒夹燥"疫毒,其中"湿毒"是病理基础,"夹杂燥邪"是病理特点,"子病及母"是燥与湿毒均盛的原因;燥湿相兼外在表现为肺燥脾湿,主要损伤脏腑在肺、脾,后可伤及五脏。根据病情可分期论治:初期,湿毒郁肺、燥伤肺阴,治疗既要燥湿解表,同时要注意顾护津气避免过燥伤阴;中期,疫毒陷肺,在宣肺解毒基础上加用清肺润燥之品,酌情加用活血通络药;极期(危重症),疫毒壅肺,内闭外脱,治以开闭固脱、解毒救逆,注意根据阴阳虚实辨证施治...

Based on case observations and related data, onset, pathogenesis characteristics, as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronavirus disease(COVID-19) in Human province were summarized. It is considered that the COVID-19 belongs to a unique epidemic toxin, which has characteristics of dampness, toxin and dryness.
