Clinical Study of Dongbing Xiazhi Pill Combined with Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的 研究冬病夏治丸联合护理干预对COPD稳定期中医证属肺肾气阴两虚型患者预后的影响.方法 将符合纳入标准的120例患者按照随机数字表法分为4组:治疗组、A组、B组和C组,每组30例.治疗组:护理干预+口服冬病夏治丸组;A组:口服冬病夏治丸组;B组:吸入噻托溴铵组;C组:护理干预+吸入噻托溴铵组.治疗周期为1年,比较4组患者的中医证状积分、COPD急性发作次数、呼吸问卷评分、焦虑抑郁评分、肺功能、6 min步行距离测试.结果 治疗组在降低中医证状积分、减少COPD急性发作次数、降低mMRC评分、降低焦虑抑郁评分、提升肺功能方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P
