通过对《临证指南医案》肝病类案用药的归经规律研究发现，出现频次最高的前5味药物依次是茯苓、人参、半夏、白芍、甘草，出现频次排前50、前20、前10以及前5的药物归经规律一致，归经最多的是脾经，六腑中归经最多的是胃经；同时结合典型医案分析，说明“肝病实脾”法在《临证指南医案》中运用颇多，叶天士充分继承与发扬了肝病实脾法。肝病实脾法是具有先进的复杂性科学内涵的中医学治法。

By studying the meridian tropism of Chinese herbs in liver disease case records inGuide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record,the researchers found that the top five Chinese herbs with the highest frequency were Poria Cocos,Ginseng,Pinellia Ternata,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Liquorice,the laws of meridian tropism of top 50,top 20,top 10 and top 5 Chinese herbs were the same,meridian tropism of spleen was the most,while among the six fu-organs,meridian tropism of stomach was the most,the laws shows that the method of treating liver by nourishing...
