This paper explores teaching results and influence factors of enterprising education by empirical analy-sis of survey in medical higher institutions. The study shows that at present teaching results in these institutions arenot prominent and teaching results do not exert on whether teachers have entrepreneurial experiences. It also showsthat students" individudities take an evident correlation to teaching effects.
