Irritability study of Muan ointments on eyes in rabbits

目的 探讨目安眼膏安全用药剂量组方范围.方法 将20只健康成年家兔随机分5组,分别用目安眼膏1、2、3(以蜂蜜3种不同剂量加阿昔洛韦及卡波姆凝胶基质)、阿昔洛韦眼膏和卡波姆凝胶基质涂双眼,每天3次,共用药4 d,观察用药时及停药3 d内各组眼刺激评分及分级.结果 用药后4 d,与阿昔洛韦眼膏相比,目安眼膏1、目安眼膏2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),目安眼膏3差异有统计学意义(P0.05),目安眼膏2、目安眼膏3和阿昔洛韦眼膏差异有统计学意义(P0.05);目安眼膏3差异有统计学意义(P
