通过对湖南中医药大学近四届中医药学研究生就业现状调研及提升高校中医药学研究生就业质量的策略分析,客观分析了当前中医药院校研究生的就业形势及人才培养模式中存在的突出问题,提出提升中医药学研究生职业发展和就业指导服务的全程化、专业化、信息化水平,指导中医药学研究生合理定位、理性就业,树立服务基层、创业基层的意识和担当,以此提高中医药学研究生的核心竞争力,最终提升中医药学研究生的就业质量。

Through the investigation on postgraduate current employment status in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in the nearly four years and policy analysis of improving the employment quality of Chinese Medicine, the author analyzed objectively the employment situation of current postgraduate in Chinese Medicine colleges and the outstanding problems in the talent-cultivation mode.
