本文介绍了王若光教授对月经不调机制、调经法则的认识,并结合典型多囊卵巢综合症医案介绍中西医合并调经治疗方式。王若光教授认为生殖及内分泌具有节律性和有序化,任何影响生殖及其内分泌有序化过程的因素,都可能引起月经失调,调经旨在最大限度恢复或重建生殖内分泌节律的有序化,生殖及内分泌的有序化是调经、助孕的基础,在治疗上提倡精准判断生殖内分泌时节点,顺应自身的生殖和内分泌变化规律而调经或重建周期,反对盲目催经。

This paper introduced professor Wang ruoguang＇s recognition on the mechanism of irregular menstruation, the rule of regulating menstruation, and the clinical experience of Chinese and Western medicine with the typical PCOS case. He also considered that there were rhythmic changes and considering the changes in the reproductive and endocrine.
