进入21世纪以来,社会对医学创新型人才的要求日益提高,医学本科生创新能力的培养已成为高等医学教育重要的培养项目之一。由于受应试教育的影响,大部分学生自主创新意识和创新能力仍较弱。科研训练无疑是提高我国医学本科生创新能力的一个最有效的途径。本文将从学校、老师、学生三个方面试论医学本科生创新能力的培养。
