近年来,中医药事业阔步前进,极大刺激了中医药企业对能胜任医药国际贸易的复合型英语人才的需求。然而,目前高等中医药院校英语专业特色不够突出,核心竞争力不足。其主要原因在于人才培养的跨学科协同理念不够。因此,要通过创建英语专业人才协同培养平台,打造跨学科复合型课程体系,构建跨学科复合型师资队伍和跨学科复合型国际医药贸易教材体系,培养具有突出中医药特色的复合应用型高端英语专业人才,担负起中医药海外拓展的重任。

The great progress of TCM enterprise has encouraged the demand of TCM-related corporations for English talents with inter-disciplinary background who are able to play a part in international medicine trade.
